roulade of chicken breast with bacon and walnuts

Ingredienti per 2 persone:
  • 6 fettine di petto di pollo (tagliate sottili)
  • 6 fette di speck
  • formaggio morbido (tipo philadelphia)
  • qualche noce
  • 1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco
  • una noce di burro
  • sale e pepe q.b.
Preparazione:

Prendete le noci, sbriciolatele and add it to the soft cheese.


Lay the mixture on slices of chicken breast and wrap it, closing up the sides themselves.

Wrap the roulade into slices of bacon.


Take a frying pan melt the butter and place the rolls, let them cook on each side, then add the wine and let fade, put at the end of cooking salt and pepper.
