Naturisme Nerja Spanien

Brownies


Ingredients: 220g sugar

  • 125g butter 120g dark chocolate *
  • 90g gluten free flour
  • 100 of almonds or walnuts
  • 2 eggs, vanilla extract


Preparation: Toast the almonds

and break it into pieces. Melt the butter in a double boiler and add the chocolate. Dissolve well and let cool. Beat eggs with sugar and add the chocolate, vanilla extract, flour and almonds. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a mold to be 20cm from the side, and covered with buttered parchment paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 min. The cake should be crispy outside but soft inside.
